Intro


The recruiting process follows the directives of parent Company Telecom Italia and is based on an aptitude test and an English language test.

Once a candidate passes this preliminary step, a second phase consists  in a one-on-one in-depth interview aimed to evaluate his or her technical know-how.

During this process all information about the company’s functions, its business and technologies are given to the candidate, as well as the company’s core values.
