Intro


The recruiting process is  follows the directives of mother company Telecom Italia and is based  on an aptitude tests and individual interviews or group trials and a test in the English language.

Once a candidate passes this preliminary step, a second phase consists  in a one-on-one in-depth interview aimed to evaluate his or her technical know-how. Then follows a period of integration in order to achieve the candidate’s adequate placement in his future job. This moment is meant to allow the new employee to familiarize with the company, its current and potential business and technologies, and to become part of the professional model and the system of shared values of the company.

This process of integration includes further steps, alternating theory, such as lessons in the classroom, and practical, on the job training. Further training and development policies are also managed through tailor-made projects for professional growth.
