Introductory Statements
Telecom Italia Media’s corporate governance system is based on the following elements:

the central role of the Board of Directors

transparency of operational decisions

effectiveness of internal control system
- rigorous rules governing potential conflicts of interest
This system was created according to the principles of the Borsa Italiana Corporate Governance Committee (the so called Preda Code).
It was elaborated adopting codes, principles and procedures characteristing the activities of all the company’s organisational and operational factors, and it is constantly checked and updatedd in order to keep up with the evolution of legal context and operational procedures.
