An internship is a formative experience in a company or an organization, with the aim to enable young people who have already completed compulsory education to create moments of alternation between school and work and to facilitate their professional choices through the immediate contact with professional life (D.M. lav. No 142/1998).
The formative training allows the trainee to:
gain qualifying experience through a professional relationship with the Telecom Italia group;
share, although temporarily, organizational experience useful in the identification of their aptitudes, vocational guidance and motivation;
encourage contact with working life;
contribute to the achievement of specific projects and realization of innovative business activities.
During the internships, which can last up to a maximum of 12 months, the company offers periods of theoretical and practical training. These initiatives are usually carried out in collaboration with the universities with which they were organized. Opportunities for internships are open to candidates in possession of, or about to achieve, a degree in communication sciences, a technical degree (electrical engineering, computer science, management or TLC, statistics, information science) or economics, with the exception of other broad studies closely related to the required profile (e.g. law graduates in the legal department).
